Return (Withdrawal) and Cancellation Policy
1,Returns after Failed Delivery
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer when delivery could not be completed due to:
- an incomplete or incorrect address,
- more than two failed delivery attempts to the customer’s address, or
- failure to collect the parcel from the collection point.
2. Cancellation
Once the order has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it.
In exceptional cases, through our customer service, a modification or cancellation may be made if the product has not yet been shipped (it has not left our logistics center for its destination).
3. Returns for Withdrawal of Purchase
All products purchased on our JET7store website can be returned and refunded, provided that:
- you notify us of your reason for return within 14 calendar days of receipt, and
- the product(s) meet the conditions described below.
Requirements for Returns due to Withdrawal
- Use the same box in which the product was received for the return, to ensure proper protection. If this box is not available, use a suitable protective box so that the product arrives at our warehouse in good condition.
- Products must be unused and in their original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories. Products whose packaging has been opened will not be accepted.
- Returns of products purchased in clearance or sale will not be processed.
- The amount paid for the item(s) will be refunded. Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.
- Sealed items which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned and have been opened after delivery, will not be accepted.
- Return costs and risks are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
- Include a copy of the invoice in the shipping box, indicating the returned products.
- Product sizes or formats shown on our website may vary due to packaging changes or slight adjustments in formulation. As this is the same reference, no refund will be made in such cases.
- Return requests must be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt. Refunds will always be made using the same payment method used by the customer or, failing that, by bank transfer.

4. Return in Case of Incident (Damage, Missing Items, or Error)
If you believe that the product you received does not match the order, is defective, or was damaged during transport, you may file a claim within 48 hours of receipt.
Steps to Follow
- Take photos of the product clearly showing any transport damage and/or damage to the product itself.
- Take photos of the packaging, both outside and inside, including the shipping label, and show the general condition in which the order was received.
- Contact us via the contact form on our website to provide all necessary details.
After receiving your request, we will contact you within a reasonable time to inform you of the procedure applicable to your case.
5. Refunds in Case of Partial Return or Cancellation
- Partial refunds correspond only to the amount of the returned items.
- Shipping costs are not refunded in this case.
Refunds are made only to a bank account belonging to the same person who placed the order, or in the form of discount points to be used for future purchases.
