*Free shipping threshold: Free shipping is applied when the total order amount exceeds a certain value, calculated after discounts and promotions. If a discount lowers the total below the minimum required for free shipping, shipping fees will apply.

** Delivery time: Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days from the moment the order leaves our warehouse. For some destinations, delivery may take an additional 2 to 3 days.

General delivery conditions

  • Delivery times are calculated from the moment your order leaves our warehouse, at which point you will be notified by email. Orders placed before 4:00 PM are generally shipped the same day. However, this may vary depending on order volume. Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday will be processed and shipped from the following Monday. During promotional periods (for example, around Black Friday), shipments may experience slight delays due to increased volume. In certain cases and depending on product availability, our customer service team will contact you to propose a solution and inform you of the delivery date once the product is available.
  • Our courier generally delivers during business hours. If you would like a specific delivery time, please indicate it in your order comments. We will do our best to meet your request, but cannot guarantee it, as delivery schedules depend on the courier. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • To ensure service quality, all our shipments are insured against loss and theft.
  • Please ensure that all your order details are complete and accurate. If delivery cannot be made due to an incomplete address, postal code, or missing information, or if the courier is unable to reach you, reshipping or return fees will be charged to the customer. If you notice an error while your order is still being prepared, please contact us immediately.
  • We also ask that you provide a valid phone number for the delivery country (local or national), so the courier can reach you if needed. Please note that if you provide an international number, the courier may not be able to contact you.
