Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales offered on the website www.JET7store.be (hereinafter “the Website”) and are concluded between:
Pyority bv (hereinafter “the Seller”), whose registered office is located at Sint-Pietersvliet 3 – 2000 Antwerp - Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE0659 950 584,
and
Any natural or legal person placing an order via the Website (hereinafter “the Buyer”).
These terms are published on the Website and available online. The Seller can be contacted via the contact form on the Website or by telephone at +32 (0)468 088 529.
Purpose
These terms define the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Buyer as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made via the Website, whether the Buyer is a professional or a consumer. By purchasing a product or service on the Website, the Buyer accepts these terms without reservation.
These terms prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly accepted by the Seller. Pyority bv reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; the applicable version is the one in force on the date of the order. It is recommended to reread the terms before each order.
Order Processing And Delivery Times
Orders will be processed and dispatched within a maximum of five business days after payment confirmation, plus the delivery time. Pyority bv is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or carriers.
Pyority bv will make every effort to deliver quickly, but is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from force majeure, defined as an unforeseeable, irresistible and external event that makes performance impossible.
Availability Of Products And Services
The products and services offered on the Website are those listed in the online catalogue. Their availability depends on stock. Pyority bv is not liable if stock changes after the order has been placed.
In the event of a temporary stock-out, the Buyer will be informed by email and may:
- Choose an alternative product.
- Wait for a later delivery at no additional cost.
- Cancel the order for the unavailable items without penalties.
If a supplier is unable to deliver within a reasonable timeframe, the Buyer will be informed and may cancel or modify the order at no cost.
Prices
All prices are indicated in euros (€), including VAT and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are extra and may vary depending on the delivery area. Prices are subject to change, but the applicable price is the one in force at the time of order confirmation.
Discounts
- 5% discount for any order of €150 or more (including VAT).
- 10% discount for any order of €200 or more (including VAT).
Geographical Zones And Shipping Fees
Online sales are limited to deliveries in Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. For other countries, please contact contact@JET7store.be for a quote.
Orders will be dispatched within a maximum of five business days after payment confirmation.
Order
To validate an order, the Buyer must:
- Complete the identification form with all requested information.
- Fill in the online order form with the product references.
- Confirm the order by clicking the “Order / Pay” button.
- Make the payment.
Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Payment
Payments are made securely via Mollie and may include: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, PayPal, Bancontact and iDEAL. Full payment is required at the time of order. Pyority bv may request proof of identity and/or bank verification for card payments.
Delivery
- Orders over €80 are delivered free of charge in Belgium.
- Orders over €120 are delivered free of charge in France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Shipping costs for any order below these amounts or to other regions vary depending on the country.

Right Of Withdrawal
The Buyer has 14 days to withdraw without giving any reason. Notification must be made using the official form or a clear statement.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging. Certain items (perishable goods, sealed hygiene or health products) cannot be returned once opened.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method, excluding shipping costs.
Returns And Defective Products
Pyority bv guarantees that the products comply with the order. For any defect or error, please contact contact@JET7store.be with, if possible, the batch number or expiry date. A photo may be accepted instead of a physical return. Refund or exchange will be agreed with the Buyer.
Force Majeure
Events beyond the control of Pyority bv release the Seller from its obligations for the items concerned, but the contract remains in force for the others.
Warranty
The products are guaranteed in accordance with Belgian consumer protection legislation.
Liability
Pyority bv is only bound by a best-efforts obligation for online sales. The Seller is not liable for network issues, data loss, viruses or interruptions. The information on the Website is provided in good faith; links to third-party sites are provided for information purposes only.
Intellectual Property
All elements of the Website remain the exclusive property of Pyority bv. Any reproduction or use without written authorization is prohibited. Any unauthorized exploitation constitutes an infringement.
Personal Data
The data required for processing orders is kept by Pyority bv and may be transmitted to partners or suppliers solely for the execution of the order. Users consent to the use of their data for order follow-up, improvement of the Website and marketing purposes. Any data may be consulted, corrected or deleted upon request.

Applicable Law And Jurisdiction
Belgian law applies to any dispute. The courts of Antwerp have exclusive jurisdiction. Alternative dispute resolution mechanisms are available via https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Customs And Taxes (International Deliveries)
For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer is considered the importer and is responsible for customs duties and taxes. Pyority bv has no control over these charges.
Final Provisions
If any provision is invalid, the remainder shall remain applicable. Pyority bv reserves the right to request additional information or to refuse an order where sufficient information is not provided.
